The best blueberry muffins!

Serves: 12
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup of wild blueberries (frozen work just as well as fresh)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Throughly mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until they become an almost liquid consistency.
- Add the vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and sir it all together into the banana.
- Add the rolled oats and combine well.
- Mix in the blueberries.
- Put the mixture into a muffin pan. (makes about 12 muffins)
- Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes until the tops start to brown slightly.
